To book a fishing trip or other services, you must complete the reservation form on our website or contact us directly.
All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. The payment details will be provided during the reservation process.
Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for errors in pricing.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change, so we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
Customer Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled trip will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable.
Company Cancellations:
If we cancel a trip due to weather conditions, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
We are not responsible for any travel expenses or other costs incurred due to a cancellation.
4. Safety & Conduct
Safety is our top priority. All passengers must follow the instructions provided by our crew at all times.
Life jackets and other safety equipment must be worn as instructed.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is intoxicated, behaving in a disruptive manner, or posing a risk to others.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
5. Fishing Policies
We practice responsible and sustainable fishing to protect the marine ecosystem. We encourage catch-and-release for certain species.
Customers must comply with local fishing regulations, including size and catch limits.
Our crew will provide guidance on safe and ethical fishing practices.
6. Liability & Waiver
Participation in fishing activities and boat trips involves some level of risk. By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Ocean Journey Amed and its staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from activities undertaken during our trips.
Customers are encouraged to have travel insurance that covers outdoor activities, including fishing and boating.
